Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your card has been lost or stolen after business hours, please contact our Fraud Department:

Once you have contacted a representative in our Fraud Department, your card will be closed immediately.
If you locate your lost card and would like to reactivate, please call our Debit Card Department during business hours at 254-761-6159. NOTE: Our Fraud Department will NOT be able to reactivate the card for you.
If your card is lost and you would like a replacement card the same day, please stop by any of our five locations and we can have a new card printed within minutes.
